Can We Fix This with PDR, or is it Worse Than That?

I remembered an accident that happened late last year which involved an R1T and immediately, my thought went to my nephew who would be turning 16 in a couple years.

I advised his mom to get him a slow Toyota or something for him to drive. The two current cars they own are way too much vehicle for a young male who has more balls than sense.

I was that guy too on my crotch rocket at this guy’s age. I was just lucky my dumb antics didn’t end up same way. Which was why I sold my bike.

There’s an old saying about risk that applies here. Everyone starting a dangerous hobby starts out with two buckets one full of luck and another with a small amount of skill. Your goal is to fill up the skill bucket before the luck bucket runs out. I guess the kid’s luck bucket ran out.

Despite all, I was left wondering if the vehicle could be fixed with PDR or it's way beyond repair. I'd love for this to be an interactive thread and hear the thoughts of others on this issue. Here are some photos of the incident
