My flashlight torch got damaged and I've placed an order for a new one but got tired of waiting. I also tried looking for a solution and asking site sponsors but to no avail. So I made my own Dual Rivian Torch charger for less than $20 in parts and some 3D design and print.

I 3D scanned and modeled the torch and the circuit board from the battery charger with the help of a friend. We then built the charger around them.


After a couple of 3D test prints, the final prints took 9 hours. Here are a couple of photos of the final result. They look amazing and I'm pretty impressed.
