Was pretty surprised and disappointed when I honked at some jackwagon that was roaming into my lane on Saturday.
Sounded like there was packing material in there.
Have read about water in the horn and Rivian's production line update recently that removed the passenger-side horn, so new Rivians are single-tone.
Also was curious if the soundproofing was so good that I could barely hear my own horn, so on the advice of a related Rivian owner decided to check actual data.
Here is a pic of the decibel from an app with my phone on the front bumper near the driver side and only available horn.
What is your experience? Is there a Rivian tech standard for horn decibels?
