I created a custom extension for the dead pedal, lifting it by about an inch to improve comfort. I started this project some time ago but hit a snag and didn’t complete it until recently, when I figured out a solid way to secure it.

My design is available for 3D printing if you’re interested in making your own. A company called TWRAPS released their own dead pedal extension, which inspired me to finish mine. Their version looks great, and I recommend checking it out.

My 3D-printed design may not work well with all-weather floor mats, but I’m working on an updated version to fit the original Rivian mats better. Keep an eye out for that update.
