Surely with the R2 showing around the country, I'm assuming there would be some interior volume/dimension specs?
So far, I've not found anything on the Rivian site, or anywhere else. I saw the other thread on 'cargo depth', but what I'm interested in, will 2 mountain bikes fit in? It's a little longer, taller and wider than an 07 Rav4 so it may be possible.
Don’t have actual dimensions myself, when I saw the R2 as they wouldn’t open it up or let anyone close enough to touch. The overall dimensions and interior spacing are very close to that of the Ford Bronco Sport.
I’m going to assume that two normal sized moutain bikes can fit inside with the rear seats folded flat, if the front wheels are removed. The Bronco Sport can do that and there is also an interior mount option to better facilitate this. I think it’s a Yakima rack. So I’m pretty much expecting this from the R2.
Note: There’s a lot of assumption and speculation going on here.
