For a while now, I've noticed some Rivian owners asking about trouble with Connect+. Some people had the free trial but couldn’t log in after it ended, even after subscribing. I figured out an easy way to fix this.

First, grab your phone and open the Rivian app. Look for “Manage Your Account” in the menu. Then, tap on “Profile” and find the “Upgrades” section.

You’ll see a page that shows when your Connect+ trial ends. That’s because Rivian automatically signs you up for the trial when you get the truck.

If you want to keep Connect+ after the trial, just flip the switch labeled “Allow in-vehicle subscriptions.” Pick either $14.99 a month or $149.99 for the year. Once you confirm, you should be good to go. Hope this clears things up.
