As an owner who is all too familiar with Passive Access and Keyless Entry (PaaK), I thought it'd be nice to create a shortcut as backup just in case I might encounter any reliability issues. It's a custom shortcut that can help ensure you're always able to access your vehicle.
How the Shortcut Works
This shortcut is designed to provide a simple and reliable way to unlock and relock your truck.
1. Once set up, pressing the action button will unlock your truck.
2. The shortcut waits for 15 seconds, and after the waiting period, the shortcut will relock your truck, preventing accidental unlocking.
Note: The wait time is adjustable
Setting Up the Shortcut
Setting up the shortcut is all too easy. All you have to do is follow the simple steps below and you're good to go.
1. Click the link above to access the shortcut.
2. In the Shortcut app, press the blue "vehicle" button and select your truck for both unlock and lock actions.
3. Go to the Action Button settings in the Settings app and select the shortcut you want to run.
I hope this shortcut is helpful to some of you. If you have any questions or need further assistance, feel free to ask!
