Loving the New Lane Departure Chime on My Rivian – Anyone Else?

Ever since I got my R1S, I've had a daily charging routine, which I follow all the time. For my daily routine during the week, I set the vehicle to charge up to 85% each night. This level is enough for my regular commutes and errands, helping to preserve the battery’s long-term health. On weekends, I often charge it to 100% for longer trips that need more range. However, there have been a couple of instances—two or maybe three times—when the car ignored my 85% charging limit and went all the way to 100%. This unexpected change has me a little bit concerned, even tho it doesn't seem like it's much of a big deal. Has anyone else experienced such before?

Just wanted to share how much I’m digging the new lane departure chime Rivian added. I’ve been hoping for some tried-and-true tech like this, and they nailed it. It’s been spot-on every time for me, and the sound is honestly pretty soothing—not jarring at all. Big props to Rivian for rolling this out to Gen1 vehicles too.

Now, for a fun little daydream: the chime reminds me of GearGuard’s mascot, Gary, for some reason. How cool would it be if Rivian snuck in a little Easter egg where Gary pops up on the screen with a quick “Hey, you good?” wave? I know, I know—if the chime’s going off, you’re probably not staring at the dash, so it’s not perfect. But it’d be such a quirky touch. Anyone else loving this feature or got ideas for other fun additions?
