Problems Using Rivian Wall Charger

I have the standard Rivian Wall Charger that I have been using successfully on my R1S for over 2 weeks now. We just bought a Hyundai Kona EV and I have used it to charge that as well.

However I often find that when moving it from one vehicle to the other it needs to be completely rebooted (at the electrical pane breaker) before it will work with the second vehicle.

For example plugging it into the Rivian it flashes white for ever and often then goes red. Is this expected behaviour or is there a step I might be missing?

Happens to me about once a month and I have to reboot the car twice and the charger once (fix recommended by SC).
