Rivian
2024 R1T
I picked up the tailgate pad for the Scottsdale store yesterday and was able to install it in under 5 minutes. It has 4 adjustable straps that go around the tailgate to hold the pad into place. The pad itself made from a combination of Nylon Ripstop, Neoprene and EVA Foam materials and is a lot thicker than I thought it would be. I do like how you can still see the tail light through the mesh part of the pad and it has a reflective RIVIAN logo too. The buckles onto of the pad have a good amount of adjustability to hold a wide range of bikes. As you can see from the pictures it’ll hold a fat e-bike frame as well as a standard mtb frame. At $200 it’s a little pricey but the quality is great and the ability to retain the tail lights make it a better choice than going with a non-Rivian branded bike pad.

PROS:
- easy install
- holds 4 bikes
- retains use of tail light
- reflective RIVIAN logo
- best fitment for R1T
- thick padding for tailgate protection

CONS:
- little pricey
- a little bulgy on the sides

That's pretty sick it has the light shining through the mesh. Is that mesh portion pretty stout, or do you think bike tires will wear it out over time?
