I don't if this is a frequent occurrence for other Rivian owners but a recent experience has highlighted a potential vulnerability in the rear hydraulic suspension hoses.

The rear hydraulic suspension hoses are located at the front of the rear suspension assembly, making them vulnerable to damage. Even on the highway, an errant object kicked up by the front tires could potentially impact the hoses.

While most owners may not encounter a situation where the hoses are at risk, it's still best to acknowledge the potential for damage. It's likely that aftermarket solutions and guards will become available. However, at present, there seem to be limited options.

I'd love to know if anyone else experienced damage to the rear hydraulic suspension hoses?
Are there any good guards or protective solutions available?
What precautions can owners take to minimize the risk of damage to these hoses?

I'm also looking up articles and making personal research. If I come up with any potential solutions, I'd definitely share them on Trailrivian as the aim is to ensure our vehicles remain safe and reliable.
