My salvaged R1T had the handy flashlight in the door pillaged (along with the camp speaker, first aid kit, and some other standard stuff).
I just couldn't stomach $175 to replace a simple flashlight, so I worked up a 3d printed adapter that fits that catch mechanism in the door. Epoxied on to an inexpensive Harbor Freight flashlight, that just happened to be a perfect fit. Kind of eyeballed the shape looking at photos of the Rivian one.
100 lumens dimmer and doesn't charge in the door, but also $150 cheaper. Adjustable zoom allows a wide or narrow light. The adapter is actually 2 pieces, allowing one to push the activation button at the end of the torch.

I have another one I'm working on that is more functional (brighter, multi-color, strobing, power bank, rechargeable) and I think looks a little nicer. Might set up a fab to make available for purchase if others are interested.
