2024 Rivian R1S
I recently purchased a Rivian R1S and have noticed some concerns with the roof panels and trim. The body lines and roof line panels don’t seem to match up perfectly, and I’ve observed that the trim appears to be popping off a bit. It’s a bit frustrating, especially considering the price point of these vehicles!

When I mentioned this to my service advisor at the time of purchase, he assured me that within 12,000 miles, I could schedule an appointment for a Rivian tech to come out and address the issues. I’m curious to know if anyone else has had a service advisor come out for similar repairs.

Questions:
  1. Has anyone had experience with a Rivian tech coming out to fix roof panel and trim issues?
  2. What was that experience like?
  3. How long did the repair take?
I’d love to hear your stories and any advice you might have! Thanks in advance for your input!
