After over 30k miles of driving and just over 2 years of ownership, the air suspension failed on my R1T. It lowered the front so that the wheels are inside of the wheel well. This makes it so you can barely turn the truck. My thought is, why not put spacers in. Like a lift kit, to raise the lowest suspension point to a level where you can safely drive it if the air suspension fails. Based on watching the truck level and seeing the back and front raise at different amounts we know there are two independent air system.

Adding a manual release valve on each would allow a person to dump the air ( if the system fails) to level the truck and get back home for repairs. What are your thoughts?

Also, despite the suspension failing, it’s the best truck I’ve ever driven and still wouldn’t trade it for any other vehicle.
