Child Lock for Media Rivian Infotainment

Not sure of the actual demographic of this forum, so for those of you that do not have children, please try to be objective.

I've always thought it'd be an awesome feature if Rivian gave parents the option to lock YouTube on the Infotainment. Kids these days are very smart compared to our generation and they learn very fast too. Nonetheless, there are some things they should hear or see at an early age and without a Child Lock feature, a parent can only make sure he or she never leaves them alone in the car.

There is nothing more frustrating than the kids jumping into the car and the first thing they do is make a beeline to the screen to try to watch YT, or you leave them in the car for a quick stop at the store and they jump on the screen.

It's a simple request Rivian and one I hope that Rivian can consider in the future. Don't know if other parents are okay with not having Child Lock feature for their Infortainment but as for me, I'd really love that.

It's funny how I've been stressing about this for a long time now. It's relieving to know that I'm not the only one who feels this way. Sadly, most Rivian owners aren't too concerned but I believe it would be a really good addition for protecting kids

I know right?! I've reached out to Rivian about it and they didn't really give me much of a positive response but hopefully they have something in the works
