I had a service call on Tuesday to fix my drivers seat - the tilt on my drivers seat back wasn’t coming far enough forward. The mobile text (same awesome guy who visited me on my previous appt) had to recalibrate my seat tilt and steering wheel tilt using something that he said was not user accessible. I’m not sure what that means. But it fixed it. This was a very strange symptom I had never seen before so I thought I’d share.
Anyway, the real reason for my post- I asked about the cheap carpeted ledge trim piece that is at the base of the third row seat that the movable cover board sits on- the clips on mine are broken. He said just put in a ticket, he’s already replaced a few of these.
For anyone else who has this piece loose, take a look at the clips, they’re probably broken. Just put in a ticket and Rivian will replace. Hopefully they’ll see enough of these they they will refine this piece a bit- this is an area that gets some load during normal use and this isn’t very durable.
