Pretty much as the title states. My R1S and my phone connects fine. However, when I call my husband or anyone else, they usually say they can barely hear me. Conversely, I hear them fine. I confirmed this with calling several others who report that they also can't hear me from the car very clearly.
Alexa picks up my voice every time, so I assume it's not that the microphone is blocked in some way (although I'm not sure of its exact location or if they use the same microphone). I couldn't find any settings on either the phone or the car to adjust.
Not knowing what to do, I took the car in to the SC for this and some other minor issues. Turns out the microphone module wasn't clipped into the correct location, but was "floating" up above. They said they had never seen that before, but clipping it into the base was an easy fix, and with that, problem was solved.
