A friend had a sizable driver side door ding (with paint damage) that the other driver's insurance covered. She had a hard time getting anyone from her insurance company's network to agree to service a Rivian. Lucky for her, she was introduced to a body shop that didn't bat an eyelash and did spectacular work.
Third generation family garage with "that" awesome feel to it. They do a lot of restorations (several cool projects under way in the shop).
It only took just a couple days and they did a fantastic job. Sometimes, rather than to wait on the big companies, it's better to find a reliable place to get your repairs done. The photos below and the before and after.
