I recently gave the side mirror tilt feature on my Rivian a try, hoping it’d make reversing easier. Honestly, it didn’t impress me much. The 360° view and side camera feed feel way more helpful for spotting what’s around me, so I ended up switching the tilt feature off after a bit.
It’s not a bad idea, but I just find the other camera views clearer and more reliable for parking or backing up. Has anyone else played with the mirror tilt and kept it on? I’m curious if I’m missing something or if most folks prefer the cameras too. For now, I’m sticking with what works best for me.
