I had this issue about two weeks ago. My suspension was super rough, and when I got out, one wheel looked like it was at a different “height setting.” I looked through the manual, but couldn’t find anything helpful. The worst part was, I had no idea what the issue actually was.
It wasn’t until I met another owner who told me it was a suspension adjustment failure I had experienced. He explained how to fix it, which I did, and everything worked out pretty well.
1. The first step is to hold the hazard button for 10 seconds to capture and transmit diagnostics.
2. The next step is to do a full reset (hold the left wheel button and hazard switch).
These simple steps worked for me, and my car has been good ever since. If you try these steps and the issue still persists, I suggest you open a service ticket. Once the case is open, you can call and talk to someone about it, unless they call you first. Hope this helps someone out there.
