I noticed odd with my Rivian R1S recently, that the tire rotation mileage tracker wasn’t keeping up with the main odometer. I didn’t even realize there was a separate counter for tire rotations until I checked the settings. It’s a small thing, but it’s kind of annoying since I like knowing when it’s time to rotate my tires.

The R1S has this cool digital setup that’s supposed to show you stuff like tire rotation timing—usually around 7,500 miles. But with the tracker not working, I’m left guessing a bit. I looked through the app and the menus, but it was still off, so I might have to jot down the miles myself or just watch the main odometer instead.
I really enjoy driving my R1S—it’s awesome on the road but this little glitch is a bummer. I’m hoping it’s just a quick software fix Rivian can push out, since I’d rather not hassle with a service trip over it. For now, I’ll just keep an eye on things and figure it out as I go.
