Rivian
2024 R1T
Today, after purchasing my truck back in May, I finally was able to drop it off at the Rivian Service Center in Phoenix to get the power tonneau cover installed. Rivian had previously postponed 3 prior appointments, due to a shortage on parts. They said it might take a week to get my truck back because of how busy they are, even though the install should only take about 3-4 hrs. They didn't have any loner Rivians for me to use, but they did however get me a rental car from Enterprise up the street.
