Earlier this week, my navigation changed. The full map wasn’t rendering, there was no traffic info, and no battery level on arrival. I did a soft reset, but there was no change. It showed good LTE coverage, and I was in a major metro area.
When I got home, I did a hard reset and let the car go into deep sleep. The next morning, it had fixed itself. If you ever experience this issue as a new or old owner, I suggest doing a hard reset (hold Hazard + left-side analog pad button until the car restarts) and then letting the car stay in deep sleep for at least 45 minutes to an hour. Remove all key cards/key fobs and disconnect Bluetooth+UWB on your phone as well so you don’t accidentally wake it up. Check it after an hour to see if it’s fixed. If this doesn’t work, I suggest opening a service ticket.
