Maybe someone else here can enlighten me. I had a mobile service appointment to get the software swapped from my 21" tires to my 22" tires. I was told that they could send out a mobile tech to update the software and they called me back a day to my scheduled appointment to let me know that cannot be done by mobile.
Now I may not be the smartest guy in the world but I have employees and I'm familiar with excuses. Usually when an employee calls out AFTER they were supposed to be there whatever reason they are giving me is BS. Like having an appointment for 1pm and calling at 5 to tell me they can't make it usually means they forgot about it or ran out of time not that they are unable to perform the service.
Has anyone here had mobile service update their tire size? To be clear, the new tires are already on the vehicle. I had them installed by a third party shop. So all the Rivian tech would need to do is change the software. I have a real hard time believing that mobile isn't equipped to do that.
